The bae, as a humanoid species, are of a completely different genetic origin than all other humanoids on Aeniith. Bae have six digits on each hand and foot, live between 800 and 3000 years, and have visually distinct rope-like ridges running along their neck and thighs.
Origin
There are a number of different theories surrounding the mysterious origins of the bae. Researchers from various cultures have compiled their ideas on the subject.

The Baen language group consists of five main dialects. The language group is highly agglutinative, has a fairly large number of phonemes. It includes infixes as well as suffixes and prefixes to denote various markers.
